What should I do if the driver is late or cannot be reached?
Please check your mobile phone to see if the driver has sent you a text message or made a call; you can also contact our customer service team for help in time.
My flight is delayed, will the driver provide service according to the new arrival time?
Of course, the driver will pay attention to the flight number when you book the pick-up service. If the flight is delayed, the driver will wait for 1 hour for free according to the new arrival time.
